Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped from Tinley Park, Illinois. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited Orders: Orders MUST be placed by 12PM CST to ship same business day. Orders placed AFTER 12PM CST will ship NEXT business day. 
  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
  • We do offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 within the Continental United States.
  • ILLINOIS SALES: Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Illinois and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Illinois Department of Revenue.
  • WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at help@penelopethelabel.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
